Liked every minute of being there, recommend. There was a great selection of food for breakfast, it was good. The room was big and quiet and had satellite TV, climate control, and a personal safe as pictured in advertising. The location was good, in the middle of jackson and overlooking river.

We were also impressed with the free shuttle service and paid airport shuttle, making our travel experience so much easier. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing tours/ticket assistance whenever we needed. The room amenities including air conditioning, free toiletries, and a flat-screen TV made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. We especially loved the delicious continental breakfast served in the restaurant, and the bar/lounge area was the perfect place to unwind after a day of exploring. The outdoor swimming pool provided a refreshing retreat from the heat. Plus, the free Wi-Fi and 24-hour reception added convenience to our stay.

The hotel provides spacious and comfortable rooms and a great view of the Amazon river. The location of the hotel is amazing because it is immersed in the jungle. The tours offered by the hotel were fantastic, especially the Isla de los Micos tour and the Buffalo Ride tour.

The hotel staff could be more customer-friendly, especially the receptionists and staff serving food who were often seen as unapproachable. There was no wifi during the stay which may be an issue and the food was rationed which could be improved.

Our recent stay in Leticia was amazing! The hotel offered two complementary activities, which was such a pleasant surprise. The location was perfect for sightseeing and experiencing the local culture. We also enjoyed the hotel's swimming pool, which was a nice way to cool down after a hot day out.

The hotel had a beautiful view of the Amazon river and the surrounding jungle was teaming with wildlife. the food was diverse and tasty, and the open bar was a fun perk. the hotel's location was perfect for exploring and enjoying the natural beauty of the area.

The hotel was very remote, with limited transportation options and poor cellphone and wifi connectivity. the activities offered at the hotel were also limited, and the noise from the lounge at night made it difficult to sleep.
